Mr Mulugeta Mengist Ayalew

Short Biography:

Mulugeta joined the Centre for Environmental Strategy in September 2006 as a PhD student on the Leverhulme funded project: "Establishing a legal framework for independent water providers in Ethiopia and Kenya ". He has an LLB from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and an LLM in European and Comparative Law from the University of Gent, Belgium. Before joining the centre, Mulugeta had been teaching law in Mekelle University, Ethiopia, for about four years
Mulugeta is supervised by Dr Steve Pedley, Dr Yacob Mulugetta and Dr Jonathan Chenoweth.
